Kick out the jams

Basement Jaxx — I’m on a techno kick lately, and this is on of the better albums out in the genre right now.

Nothing more than filler

I’ve been looking too closely at myself, and all I can focus on are the bad things, both in my life and about myself. I don’t like it when that happens. It goes in cycles, so I’m used to it, unfortunately.

Engough psycho-babbel about my state of mind. I know it bores you to tears. All three of you that read this, that is. ^_^

If anyone ever asks you what there is to do in Point Pleasant on a Friday night, you can tell them “lots, IF you have money”. That’s the truth anywhere, though. OK, considering this is the best I could come up with, I’m going to end this entry now, before I drive those three readers away.

The Legacy Project — A look inside the mind of Alexis Massie. I’ve found this can be a frightening thing to do at times. ^_^

A new chapter in brother / sister relations

Wednesday, September 29th, 1999

Today, my sister left for school at the Art Institue Of Philadelphia. She is going to be living in center city Philadelphia, meeting new people, and getting a great education from a prestigious art school. And I’m jealous as hell.

My sister is admititly no a city person or people person, and she doesn’t like change. I know these first few weeks are going to be rough on her. I’m just praying she doesn’t get bored with school and give up on it like I did thrice before.

I envy her right now. I would give an awful lot to be in her situation, but I’m also proud of her for going, knowing what she’ll have to deal with.

This is going to make those late night talks we used to have a lot less frenquent, though. I’ll miss that the most….
