Cold and colds

This was the first morning where I could see my breath in the air. A sure fire sign that fall is here. Forget the chaging leaves, the shorter days, the cold rain — when you can see your breath, it’s fall. Period.

And with the first real day of fall, it seems like I’m getting my first cold of the season as well. Now I have to lock myslef in my room to keep from infecting anything or anyone else in my house. IT sounds comical, but I’m not kidding. With my mom’s lowered immunity to such things as the common cold, I’m not taking any chances.

But at least I have both a Yankees playoff game and a Rangers hockey game to take my mind off of the situation. ^_^
