Sony has been busy with the dealmaking for the future of the PS2′s online capabilities. On Tuesday it was announced that AOL will add instant messeging among other features to the console. Wedensday saw Macromedia, Cisco, and Real enter the picture with similar deals. Think this has anything to do with Microsoft’s X-Box coming this November 8th? Nah….
