File this one under "too little, too late": A grand council of Islamic clerics will decide whether to hand over Osama bin Laden to the U.S. Seems to me they should have done this after his group masterminded the attacks on the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania and the U.S.S. Cole. Now they’re just trying to save themselves from being bombed to oblivion.
