A life less private

A is A, or so Ayn says

Kuro5hin offers up a good little read on Ayn Rand, author of such books as Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead and pokes around her Objectivist Philosophy.

Personally, reading those two books did flip some switch in my head and I consider them and the philosophy they preach important reasons why I am who I am today and how I view the world, but I agree that objectivisim has it’s flaws, just like every philosophy does.

In my opinion, when it comes to philosophies you should take what you need from it to live your life the way you want. That’s one way to improve your chances at living well. Call that my personal belief. ^_^

    Ya know it is kinda ironic. I tried that take what you need philosophy at the bank. They were not as understanding as you are towards my personal beliefs. So much for my search for a truly zen moment!
