In the Cease Fire agreement at the end of the gulf war, saddam agreed to destroy all WMD's and prove that he did. He failed to prove it, for 12 years and 17 resoloutions. We don't need to find weapons, we were justified. This war was a continuation of the first gulf war. Unfortunatly I don't have enough information to say that we would be justified to attack those other countries, but I don't think we are. P.S.
