So what is there to do on a Thursday night in New York? Oh, there are many intriguing and chic places to be, where you rub elbows with athletes and movie stars. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is not one of them. However, if you want to put on interesting looking footware and hurl 16 pound chunks of urethane down long wooden lanes, it’s a great place to be.
Yup, you just can’t beat bowling at the bus stop. Especially when you have a good crew on hand. A bakers dozen of participants, which was a better turnout than I could have hoped for. We’ll be doing it I’m sure. A lot of thanks for these photos goes to Don, Mike and anyone else who also took the camera from me during the events. This was a group effort.
Oh, and for the record all this fun was had two Thursday’s ago on September 29th. Would have had this stuff up much sooner, but the Mac with all my photos on it forgot how to boot itself and I had to wait until I could fix it to get this stuff up.

Is that Dora the Explorer on your pink bracelet?!
Why yes it was. I’m sure a lesser man couldn’t pull that off. Actually, someone there gave it to me to put on and I wound up tying for the high score. Coincidince? I hardly think so. ^_^
“Sheik” refers to a very important Arab man. You meant to say “chic” in the first paragraph of this post.
Carry on.
Spellcheck can’t help me with grammar. Maybe I should invest in a refresher course in English?
Anyway, change made. Thanks for the assist.
