It’s a bit cloudy outside today, but on the internet, the weather is always the same, and the visibility is always awesome. In view today:
- A while back, A List Apart asked the designers and developers of the web to answer some survey questions they had (which I gladly did). Now after taking some time do collate and organize, they’ve posted the results.
- Following in the footsteps of Facebook, MySpace has announced that they’re opening their platform to 3rd party development. Ugly looking apps with glitter soon to follow.
- The head of the FCC is circulating around the idea of relaxing decades-old media ownership rules, including those that forbids a company to own both a newspaper and a television or radio station in the same city. Now that’s just what this world needs: more media conglomoratio (groan!).
