Renters amok, brokers rocked, and the hallmarks of clean code:
- Rental car company Avis has no problem with a blogger writing about them, but for some reason they have a big problem with said blogger also using their logo in the post. Doesn’t anyone understand the term “fair use” anymore? Madness!
- Buzz is that E*Trade is on shaky footing. Seeing as how what few stocks I have are managed through E*Trade, this is an item of concern for yours truly.
