Bless blogs for making it easier to keep track of the going ons of friends. Case in point, Nick and Vivian. Viv’s massage business is getting good press in the local paper, while Nick’s peepers have been lazered in an attempt to improve his vision.

As for me? Well, just the regular bitching, moaning, and hi-quality show pics, all of which I’m about to leave behind for the weekend as I head to Blue Rocks for some camping and hiking with the Jersey Shore gang. Guess I better go get my provisions taken care of and get on the road, huh?

Thinking is good. Everyone should have at least one idea a day. Why not go see what others have though up for the day, or add your own bright idea.

What makes this situation all the more frightening is the fact that both of these countries hold nuclear strike capabilities and very itchy trigger fingers.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say this is getting close to kind of feeling that was in the air back in the days of the Cuban missle crisis. The fact that this is happening half a world away provides me with very little comfort. I may be naive for saying this, but why can’t we all just get along? Why must there be such hatred in the world? Why? Just why?
